The Challenge
A national manufacturer with 2,200 employees and 6 production facilities was running a heavily customised on-premise ERP system that was 15 years old. The vendor had ended support, integrations were fragile, and the system could not support the company's expansion into South-East Asian markets.
Our Approach
We led a phased modernisation using a hybrid approach -- migrating core finance and supply chain modules to a cloud-based ERP while rebuilding bespoke production planning and quality management modules as custom applications on Azure.
