FC Barcelona needed to connect with millions of fans worldwide in a more interactive and community-driven way, moving beyond traditional social media to foster deeper engagement and real-time interaction across 50+ countries.
Our Approach
We designed and launched FC Barcelona's official Discord server, building custom bots, moderation systems, and community engagement frameworks to handle massive concurrent activity from a global fanbase across multiple languages and time zones.
The Outcome
55,000 new members joined in the first week from 50+ countries, with 80,000 messages sent and 2,200+ tickets handled by moderators — establishing one of the largest sports community servers on Discord.
